EntryHR.com was established in 2008 to meet the growing demand for entry-level professionals in the field of human resources. After spending over ten years in the field, the comments I often heard from graduates, entry-level and early career candidates are “how tough it is to get your foot in the door”, access to practical advice is limited and the lack of willing mentors.
